soooo. hey. a lot has happened since my last post.  One: I moved out of my mother's house, (I know right?!) Two: I started school again and Three: I got my fingers smashed (most recent) given it's my left hand but hot damn, you don't realize how important one of your  limbs is until you can't use it! BUT this is my current heart throb. . .

Glamour September Issue

I Absolutely LOVE this picture of the beautiful Victoria Beckham.  She looks youthful, playful and humorous.  It's dazzling and immediately drew me to the magazine.  Not only is the cover inviting, the content was interesting and relevant. It is a "all about fashion" issue, and who better then an ultimate consumer/designer herself.  I enjoyed this issue very much.

Black Fringe Dress

Yes theres many pictures but I LOVE these boots!  I have been wanting to wear this dress and figured that it didn't need an occasion.  It was a "digging through the closet for an hour and having put together six outfits before choosing the one" kind of day.  Excuse my girly mess in the background.  Its an organized mess and that's how I like it! How do you solve your style stumps?

My Birthday Outfit!

Well, this is similar to what I wore on my 21st birthday.  Let me tell you, it was certainly a 21st.  Let's not talk about it.  I loved the mixture of metallics and color.  My turquoise necklace has always been my go to piece of jewelry.  I recently got some gold flats at H&M and wanted to try them out the same day (talk about impatient) I'm making plans to go to Vegas next month, hopefully they follow through!

Polka-dot trend

Hello everyone!
Just sharing one of my favorite outfits with you. I bought these shorts at Target recently, and absolutely love them. I paired them with a denim button up shirt and belted my waist with a thin tan belt for effect. As shown I wore some H&M flats bought a while ago but looked lovely along with the belt. To add some color, I wore bright pink round earrings to add a pop (and show off my favorite hue). Let me know what you think!

How to wear Colored Denim

Hello Lovelies, 

I decided to do a post on colored denim since we are in Spring and entering Summer.  The way I have worn it in a former post is with a basic black shirt cut in a fun way.  This time however, I used my favorite boat neck striped shirt for a different look.  The pants are a baby blue almost turquoise.  My shirt consists of navy blue wide stripes.  I paired them both to combine both shades of blue because I figured it'd make a cute combination.  I think I was right!  I wore tan sandals with colored stones for embellishment, I like the stones because it adds more colors to the outfit.  A silver necklace completes my look, I felt the top was too bare without anything there.  The trick to colored denim is to not fear the different variety of colors that they come in.  Think of the pants as any other piece.  Currently, there is no taboo color in bottoms! Have fun with it, hopefully it rolls over into the fall season.  I'll let you know of course. This picture is taken in my grandfathers garden in Laguna Niguel.  Would LOVE to have comments!   

Creeper Dude

What's the first thing you see as you sit to drink your coffee before your morning class? A creepy dude making a face because you respectfully placed your scarf above your legs to avoid his peeks. Not cool. Furthermore, he decides to start asking you questions in hopes that you give him your number. Has he SEEN my boyfriend? No? Well he should cause he doesn't compare.
